Availability of Art
Some of the art listed on out site is displayed and warehoused at our store location in Asheville, NC. Other pieces will be shipped directly from the artisan (necessary because of size and storage of large shipping cartons). After receiving the order, we will check availability and will contact the customer via email or phone to advise them of exact shipping origin and time frame for expected delivery.
Return Policy
Need to make a return? No problem. As long as the item is unused, well exchange it or refund your money. Just replace the gift in its original packaging, including any paperwork and follow these simple steps.

4. Please send package via UPS/FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it arrived damaged, Legacies will refund your shipping cost.

Shipping
We offer five shipping options for delivery within the USA. - Ground, 3-day, 2-Day, Overnight, and Saturday Delivery. We use UPS for domestic shipping. International shipments are shipped by DHL and are subject to duty, regulations, and rates based on country destination.
Payment Methods
Legacies (over the phone sales) accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash or checks, except through store location and phone call orders, where we receive payment prior to shipment.
Sales Tax
A sales tax is added to all orders shipped to North Carolina addresses. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to gift recipients outside of North Carolina.
